SMB Norge

With approximately 5,600 member companies nationwide, SMB Norge represents businesses across a wide range of industries and regions. Their members range from entrepreneurs and micro-enterprises to established companies with more than 100 employees.

SMB Norges mission is to create better conditions and framework for starting, running and developing businesses in Norway. They advocate for the interests of SMEs in dialogue with government, Parliament and public authorities, with a particular focus on reducing unnecessary bureaucracy, improving framework conditions and ensuring that smaller companies have a strong voice in policymaking.

In addition to their advocacy work, SMB Norge provides members with practical business support, including legal advice, professional networks, courses and events, as well as access to a broad portfolio of commercial partnerships and member benefits.

SMB Norge partners with Tendium to make it easier for Norwegian SMEs to identify and pursue opportunities within public procurement. Public-sector contracts represent a significant market, but procurement processes can often be complex and resource-intensive, particularly for smaller businesses. Through the partnership with Tendium, they aim to lower these barriers and help more SMEs discover relevant tenders, work more efficiently with procurement opportunities and compete for public-sector contracts.

The ambition is simple: to give small and medium-sized businesses better access to opportunities, knowledge and tools that can help them grow.
