What does the application deadline apply to?
Requests to participate in two-stage procedures. It is distinct from the tender deadline, which applies to the bids submitted by the selected candidates.
How long is it?
Above the EU thresholds, at least 30 days from dispatch of the notice, with reductions possible in urgent cases.
What happens to a late request?
It is excluded. There is no discretion to accept a request that arrives after the deadline, unless the delay is the buyer's fault.
