What Is an Award Report (Vergabemeldung, Germany)?
This is a German procurement term. The report of details about a completed procurement procedure.
What is a Vergabemeldung?
The report of a completed award, used for statistics and transparency. Above the EU thresholds it takes the form of the contract award notice published in TED.
Who must file it?
The contracting authority, within the deadline set in the regulations, normally 30 days after the award.
What does it contain?
The contract value, the winning bidder, the procedure used, the number of bids received and, where applicable, the share subcontracted.
