What does the UVgO cover?
Supply and service procurements below the EU thresholds, by federal bodies and by the states and municipalities that have adopted it.
Which procedures does it allow?
Öffentliche Ausschreibung, beschränkte Ausschreibung with or without competition for participation, and Verhandlungsvergabe, which replaced the freihändige Vergabe.
Has every state adopted it?
Most have, through their state procurement laws, but with different value limits for the lighter procedures. Check the state concerned.
