What is a Leistungsverzeichnis?
The itemised list of all services to be delivered, with quantities and a description of each item. The bidder enters a unit price and a total for each.
Can you change it?
No. The bidder prices the items as given. Changing quantities or descriptions is a deviation that leads to exclusion.
What if a quantity seems wrong?
Raise it as a bidder question during the tender period. Under the VOB/B, significant quantity deviations during execution can lead to price adjustment.
