The notice a buyer publishes to announce its intended winner, which starts the standstill clock.
What does a contract award notice contain?
The name of the supplier the buyer intends to award to, key contract details and, where it applies, the length of the standstill period.
Does the notice mean the contract is signed?
No. It signals the intention to award. The contract can only be entered into once the standstill period has ended without a challenge.
What happens before it is published?
Above threshold, the buyer must first give an assessment summary to every supplier that submitted an assessed tender.
