What Is a Contract Details Notice?
This is a UK procurement term. The notice a buyer publishes after entering into a contract, confirming the award and key details.
When is it published?
After the contract is entered into, normally within 30 days, or within 120 days for light touch contracts.
What does it contain?
Key details such as the supplier, contract value, term and, for larger contracts, the KPIs.
Is the contract itself published?
For contracts above a certain value, buyers must also publish a copy of the contract, with some information redacted where necessary.
