What Is Doffin?
Doffin is Norway's national database for public procurement notices, run by DFØ. Contracting authorities in Norway publish their notices there, and notices above the EEA thresholds are forwarded to TED.
What is published on Doffin?
Notices of Norwegian public procurements: contract notices, prior information notices, award notices and intention notices. Notices above the EEA thresholds are forwarded to TED.
Is Doffin free to use?
Yes. Notices are freely available and suppliers can set up search profiles with email alerts.
Is it enough to monitor Doffin alone?
It covers the notices that must be published, but competitions below the threshold are not advertised there. Suppliers who want the full picture usually supplement it with a monitoring service.
