The standardised European format for filling in and publishing procurement notices.
What are eForms?
The standard electronic format for EU procurement notices, mandatory for notices published in TED since 2023. They replace the earlier standard forms.
What changed for suppliers?
Notices are more structured, which makes searching and monitoring more precise. More fields are mandatory, so notices generally contain more information.
Do national notices use eForms too?
Increasingly, yes. Several countries have adopted eForms for national notices as well, so that one format covers both.
