What is the Zuschlagsbekanntmachung?
The contract award notice published after the award, stating who won, the value and the procedure used. Above the EU thresholds it goes to TED within 30 days.

It starts the time limit for challenging a direct award, and it is the main source of market intelligence about who wins what.
