What Is the General Affairs Subcommittee (HAA, Germany)?
This is a German procurement term. A subcommittee of the DVA dealing with general questions of the VOB.
What is the HAA?
The Hauptausschuss Allgemeines, a subcommittee of the DVA responsible for the general parts of the VOB: the procedural rules in VOB/A and the contract terms in VOB/B.
What does it do?
It drafts amendments to the VOB/A and VOB/B and coordinates the technical subcommittees.
