What Is a List of Evidence (Nachweisliste, Germany)?
This is a German procurement term. The list of all evidence and documents required by the contracting authority.
What is a Nachweisliste?
The list in the tender documents of every certificate, declaration and document the bidder must submit, with the stage at which each is required.
Why does it matter?
Because missing a listed document is the most common reason for exclusion. The list is the bidder's checklist.
Can evidence be submitted later?
Missing declarations and evidence can be requested by the buyer within a deadline. Items required with the bid and not listed as submittable later cannot.
