What are fehlende Bieterangaben?
Information the tender documents required in the bid but which is missing: prices, product details, declarations or evidence.
Does every omission lead to exclusion?
No. The buyer may request missing declarations and evidence within a deadline. Missing prices and information that changes the content of the bid cannot be supplied afterwards.
What is the rule for prices?
Under the VOB/A, a bid missing a price is excluded unless the item is immaterial and the price could be determined without affecting the ranking.
