What is PQ-VOB?
The nationwide prequalification system for construction companies, run by the Verein für die Präqualifikation von Bauunternehmen. Listed companies have proven their suitability once for all VOB procedures.
What is the benefit?
A prequalified company submits its certificate instead of the full set of suitability evidence with every bid. Buyers must accept it.
How long does it last?
One year, after which the listing is renewed. The evidence is updated annually.
