What are Eignungsnachweise?
The documents showing that the bidder meets the suitability criteria: financial standing, technical capability, references, certifications and the absence of exclusion grounds.
When must they be submitted?
Either with the bid or, where the ESPD or a self-declaration is used, only by the bidder in line for the award before signature.
