What Is a Saved Search Profile for Tenders?
This is a German procurement term. A saved search criterion that automatically delivers matching tenders.
What is a Suchprofil?
A saved set of search criteria, such as CPV codes, regions and keywords, that a platform or monitoring service uses to notify the user of matching tenders automatically.
What makes a good profile?
Several CPV codes rather than one, the regions the company can serve, and keywords in the buyer's language rather than the company's product names.
Why does it matter?
Germany has dozens of platforms. Without profiles, relevant tenders are missed; with too broad ones, the alerts become noise.
