This is a Swedish procurement term. Where every supplier on a multi-supplier framework agreement is invited to submit a fresh bid for a specific call-off, so the framework's suppliers compete again at the point of order.
Which suppliers are invited?
All suppliers in the framework agreement that are capable of performing the contract must be invited in writing.
Can new requirements be set in a mini-competition?
Terms can be specified and supplemented, but not changed substantially compared with the framework agreement. The evaluation must follow the grounds set out in the framework agreement.
How long is the response time?
The authority must give suppliers a reasonable time to submit bids, taking the complexity of the contract into account.
