What Is a Supplementary Notice (Ergänzungsmeldung, Germany)?
This is a German procurement term. A subsequent notice that supplements or corrects an already published notice.
What is an Ergänzungsmeldung?
A notice that supplements or corrects a notice already published, for example to extend a deadline, change a requirement or add information.
Must the deadline be extended?
If the change is material, yes. Bidders must have adequate time to take it into account.
What should bidders do?
Re-read the affected sections and check whether answers already drafted need to change. The version at the deadline is the one that counts.
